when i go to “movies”, “news”, “weather”, or anything in the web section on my instinct, it will show a loading window then it will say “uncaught exception, exiting application.” why does it do this and how can i get rid of it?

Answer by Gordon STry going to Main>Settings>General>Update Data Profile and Update Software. If that doesn’t work then after going to Settings scroll down to Roaming and change the setting to Sprint only. Then remove the battery for at least 30 seconds.
